NEWS FROM THE OFFICE

The entire BES Building will be CLOSED on Thursday, June 10 - in order to begin the first phase

of our remodeling.  NO ONE is allowed into the building, as this site will become a hard-hat construction

zone.  The parking lots will also be torn up and replaced.  Parking for summer ball games at the Oscar

Zilke Field will have to be on the street (Papalardo & Pearl)

The temporary BES Office will be located at Reed Middle School - in the RMS Library.  This office will be

open from June 10 thru June 18.  There is a possibility that the office staff will also be in this interim

location when they return to work on August 18. 

Parents will need to pick up Elementary School End of Year Report cards at RMS from June 14-18,

from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm.

Pre-K screening will be held in the Bridgman High School Media Center on June 14 & 15.  Reminder

cards will be sent home to all parents who signed up their childen for this screening.
